Mhairi Valentine

Production Manager

Mhairi has worked at Hopscotch Films since 2018. She has experience in short and feature-length dramas and documentaries for broadcast and theatrical release. Her latest credits include MY OLD SCHOOL, WOMEN MAKE FILM and SKINT. Her first Production Manager credit on a feature documentary is for BILL DOUGLAS MY BEST FRIEND which premieres at Venice Film Festival in September 2023.

 

Mhairi also produced THE SHIFT (dir. Laura Carreira, 2020) with Maeve McMahon through The Scottish Film Talent Network. THE SHIFT premiered at the 77th Venice International Film Festival where it won the Venice Nomination for the European Film Awards 2020. It was also nominated for the London Critics' Circle Awards 2020 and won the New Talent Award at IndieLisboa in 2021.
