World Premiere of Lost For Words at CPH:DOX

Lost For Words, directed by Hannah Papacek Harper, will have its World Premiere at CPH:DOX on 20th March 2025. A co-production with Hopscotch Films and Rétroviseur Productions, this poetic odyssey takes us through the United Kingdom and points a wide-ranging lense on our connection to nature.

It is a scientific film with an artistic heart, that actively invites us to explore and reshape our anthropocentric point of view through an odyssey around the UK where we meet artists, scientists, children, the elderly, and all different people in between.

Lost For Words is an invitation to forge a new relationship with nature and spark dialogue on how to reconnect with it. It provokes questions in both viewer and protagonist. Together we wonder: What is our future? How can we shape it? How do we consider the needs of the non-human world?
